amerginhub SDA Pack
This pack provides NDIS Providers, who are delivering Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) only (i.e. not delivering any other NDIS supports or services) to apply for or renew their NDIS registration and undergo the required Certification Audit against the NDIS Practice Standards’ SDA Module.
The Pack includes an SDA SmartPlan setting out the registration or renewal process, Policies and Procedures that meet all relevant Practice Standard requirements and a Legislative Schedule that sets out the national and state or territory legislative requirements that apply to SDA providers.
The Pack also provides free access to supporting SDA forms and templates, including a sample SDA Application Form and SDA Service Agreement, as well as our online Self-Assessment course, which will help businesses to complete the Self-Assessment required as part of their registration or renewal application.
